Vector 800 CRAWLER

Assembly Robot Vacuum Manipulator Vector 800 Crawler is an extremely useful machine, both for glazing and for lifting loads up to 800 kg. It is a self-propelled, crawler-tracked Robot and Glass Lifter equipped with a Vacuum Lifter suspended from the hook of the boom arm. Thanks to its expandable tracks, it can successfully traverse soft, muddy terrain without getting bogged down. Narrowing the tracks allows the Assembly Robot Vector 800 Crawler to pass through narrow doorways with a width of 800 mm.

The multi-stage boom with a fly-jib arm can reach 5 m with the ability to rotate left and right by 25 degrees. The Vector 800 Crawler has built-in safety features to prevent overloading and overcoming too steep inclines. All functions and speed are controlled via a wireless remote control with alternative manual levers on the machine if required.

The Vector 800 Crawler can be used for both lifting and carrying loads up to 800 kg. The central platform allows the load to be placed on the chassis while driving to prevent the load from swaying during transport. The tracks expand sideways to provide extra stability during transport.
